A Day in the Life Every day starts with a team meeting where you'll review the day's schedule, assign responsibilities, and prepare your crew for success. From there, you'll: ✔ Lead restoration technicians on residential and commercial losses ✔ Meet with customers and explain the restoration process ✔ Inspect job sites and develop a game plan ✔ Set up drying equipment, perform demolition, and oversee mitigation work ✔ Monitor drying progress and document job updates ✔ Communicate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and customers ✔ Train and mentor technicians while maintaining quality standards ✔ Ensure safety procedures and SERVPRO standards are followed You'll spend most of your day in the field, leading by example, not sitting behind a desk.
