A Day in the Life Every day starts with a team meeting where you'll review the day's schedule, assign responsibilities, and prepare your crew for success. From there, you'll: ✔ Lead restoration technicians on residential and commercial losses ✔ Meet with customers and explain the restoration process ✔ Inspect job sites and develop a game plan ✔ Set up drying equipment, perform demolition, and oversee mitigation work ✔ Monitor drying progress and document job updates ✔ Communicate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and customers ✔ Train and mentor technicians while maintaining quality standards ✔ Ensure safety procedures and SERVPRO standards are followed You'll spend most of your day in the field, leading by example, not sitting behind a desk. We're looking for someone who: Enjoys leading people Can stay calm under pressure Communicates well with customers Takes pride in quality work Likes solving problems Is dependable Can adapt as priorities change throughout the day Wants to grow into a long-term leadership role We'll Train You Even if you've never worked in restoration before, we'll teach you: Water mitigation Fire and smoke restoration Mold remediation Equipment setup and monitoring Moisture mapping Documentation Industry certifications (IICRC) Customer communication Leadership skills What You Bring Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments Previous leadership, construction, restoration, or skilled labor experience is helpful—but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why SERVPRO?
