Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair CNC machine tool issues including mechanical, electrical, and operational problems Perform preventative maintenance, machine installations, alignments, and service work Troubleshoot machine performance issues to quickly restore production uptime Train customers and operators on machine maintenance, operation, and best practices Accurately document repairs, service activity, parts usage, and findings within service software systems Communicate directly with customers regarding scheduling, repair updates, and service recommendations Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and improve service processes Support continuous improvement initiatives related to service operations and equipment performance Maintain tools, service equipment, and work areas in a safe and professional manner Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer training programs What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who combines strong CNC technical knowledge with excellent troubleshooting ability and customer communication skills.
