Key Responsibilities Respond to homes in need of post-construction cleaning Perform restoration activities including but not limited to, fire and soot cleaning, contents evaluation, room documentation, and, set-up of specialty equipment. Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with packing supplies, cleaning equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project. Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors. Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process. Position Requirements Valid driver's license Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in cleaning field preferred. Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces. Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects. Ability to work with/around cleaning agents. Ability to work as a team.
