Job Description

What's the Job? The Field Service & Warranty Coordinator is responsible for managing field service operations and administering warranty programs for industrial blower products. This role serves as the central point of coordination between customers, field technicians, engineering, and sales to ensure timely service delivery, accurate warranty processing, and high customer satisfaction. Position Requirements The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Significant computer skills required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and the business software used for managing design and sales details Ability to answer customers' questions, resolve problems, and maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers and visiting operational environments General knowledge of the industrial fan industry 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred Proven track record of exceptional customer service Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Physical Requirements Must be able to type daily and pick up phones, as well as handle paperwork. Will be required to move around within office to accomplish job functions. May occasionally be expected to lift up to 25 lbs. Job Duties & Skills To be successful in this job with AirPro, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Field Service Management Manage field service personnel Schedule and dispatch field service technicians for installation, maintenance, and repair work Coordinate travel logistics, site access, and required documentation for service visits Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries and updates Monitor service progress and ensure timely completion of work orders Maintain service records, reports, and technician documentation Warranty Coordination Execute resolution of warranty claims Receive claim and respond to claimant with receipt acknowledgement and expectations. Evaluate claims and assign responsibilities to AirPro or vendor personnel. Return decision to customer and follow-up to completion. Enter orders and handle correspondence with customers to completion Develop and manage processes for reaching out to customers at checkpoints from receipt of AirPro products to promote critical parts and/or service Occasionally travel to evaluate customers' needs. Develop working relationships with all AirPro departments to properly service needs with experts as needed. Basic understanding of industrial fans. Ability to maintain calm under stressful situations. Competence with in-house fan design software for review purposes.
