Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fire restoration, mold remediation, and water damage within the restoration industry. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring and rebuilding damaged properties using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct fire, water, and mold remediation tasks according to industry standards. Remove debris and hazardous materials from job sites to ensure safety and cleanliness. Utilize hand tools and power tools to build and restore damaged structures. Perform carpet cleaning and other cleaning tasks as required. Collaborate with team members to complete restoration projects efficiently and effectively. Adhere to safety regulations and protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not necessary Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment specific to restoration work. Knowledge of asbestos abatement procedures is a plus. Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. This job description outlines the primary duties of a Restoration Technician; however, additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Physical Requirements Lift up to 30-60 pounds frequently during shift. Occasional 100 pounds Bend, stoop, push, and pull in a work environment for up to an 10 hour work shift.
