Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a Property Imaging Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll use cutting-edge 3D scanning technology to capture detailed images and measurements of residential and commercial properties. Your work helps our estimating and project teams create accurate restoration and reconstruction plans for customers recovering from property damage. What You'll Do Travel to residential and commercial properties throughout the area Capture 3D scans and virtual walkthroughs using Matterport technology Upload and process scan data for estimating and project teams Create digital floor plans and building documentation Support restoration and reconstruction projects with accurate property data Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, and internal team members Maintain scanning equipment and stay current on technology advancements Follow company safety standards and best practices What Makes This Role Unique Work with innovative 3D scanning and property documentation technology No construction experience required Paid training provided Mix of field work and technology Opportunity to learn the restoration and construction industry Clear career path into estimating, technical services, and project management roles Every day is different—new locations, projects, and challenges What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Comfortable learning new technology and software Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and occasionally navigate active construction environments Why Paul Davis?
