The Tech will assist with emergency service calls, estimating project costs, water extraction, the use of hand/power tools, monitoring job progress, and setup/take down the drying equipment. Perform basic labor tasks, such as demolition and removal of debris along with photographing and sketching floorplans. Discuss field observations with the Restoration Supervisor to ensure project execution and accuracy is timely. Will also provide carpet, tile & grout, hardwood floor, air duct and cleaning services for customers as needed.

Develop and execute an appropriate scope of work along with architectural drawing designed to vividly illustrate details of each project daily Performing demolitions and light construction tasks. Setting up and monitoring drying equipment. Cleaning up and debris / removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged. Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment Providing updates to your direct supervisor daily. Must maintain a safe work record and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or conditions. Good communication, mechanical and technical skills. Drive company vehicle as needed. Upholding all company safety policies. Upholding all company policies and procedures Use of Estimating software daily
