Field Service Technician

Your mechanical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and leadership will drive success in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel, natural gas, and related equipment. Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan Provide on-site service calls, providing clear communication to customers about repairs and maintenance procedures Maintain detailed service records, including inspection reports, repair logs, and parts used Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, improve processes, and ensure high-quality service delivery Experience Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams Hands-on experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or construction environments is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide customers through technical issues confidently Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex issues Join us in delivering top-tier service that keeps equipment running smoothly!
