Job Description
Job Overview SERVPRO of Sheridan is seeking a motivated Restoration Supervisor in Training to join our team. This hands-on role is designed for individuals who want to build a career in restoration leadership. You'll perform water, fire, and mold restoration while learning how to lead projects, supervise crews, document job files, and use industry-leading technology to manage production from start to finish. If you're looking for a career with advancement opportunities, we'll invest in your success. Responsibilities Perform water, fire, mold, and specialty restoration services. Operate restoration equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Assist with job setup, demolition, drying, cleaning, and project completion. Document job progress using company software, including photos, moisture readings, equipment logs, and daily notes. Learn to scope restoration projects and maintain accurate digital job files. Maintain vehicles, equipment, and inventory. Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally with property owners and team members. Follow SERVPRO production standards and safety procedures. Qualifications Valid driver's license (required) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable using tablets and mobile technology Detail-oriented with good communication skills Restoration, construction, or leadership experience is a plus but not required Physical Requirements Lift 50 lbs. regularly (100 lbs. with assistance) Climb ladders and work in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas Work with restoration equipment and cleaning agents Benefits Competitive pay with overtime opportunities 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Paid training and industry certifications Professional development Clear path for career advancement
