Cleaning Technician - Short-Term Rental (Seasonal / Part-Time) Dust Diva LLC | Fort Mohave / Bullhead City, AZ About Us Dust Diva has been serving the Tri-State area for nearly 20 years as a trusted, licensed, insured, and bonded residential and short-term rental cleaning company. We take pride in our high standards, our team culture, and the spotless properties we leave behind. This summer, we're adding to our crew — and we want people who take the work seriously and show up ready to shine. The Role We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team for the summer season (June-September). This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling — ideal for someone who loves a job where the results of their hard work are immediately visible. STR (short-term rental) experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. What You'll Do Perform turnover cleans on short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) properties between guest stays Complete thorough residential cleans using our DivaFlow™ cleaning system Conduct room-by-room quality checks and photo documentation Restock supplies and amenities as needed per property specifications Communicate any property issues or damages to the office promptly Represent Dust Diva professionally in client homes What We're Looking For Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods A positive attitude and a willingness to learn Smartphone for GPS clock-in/out and job communication Preferred (but not required): Prior experience cleaning vacation rentals or Airbnb/VRBO properties Familiarity with STR turnovers, linens, restocking, and quick-turn timelines Previous professional cleaning experience of any kind Schedule & Pay Part-time, seasonal (summer 2025) Flexible scheduling; weekend and early morning availability a plus Competitive hourly pay — discussed during interview Performance-based bonus opportunities available Why Dust Diva?
