In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of our hotel facilities. Your expertise will ensure that guests enjoy a comfortable, well-maintained environment while supporting the smooth operation of daily hotel activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills in a lively hospitality setting. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs across hotel property, including painting, cleaning and basic maintenance Help with the housekeeping department, stripping rooms and clearing trash Work with both maintenance and housekeeping department to ensure their daily needs are taken care of Parking lot maintenance Manage facilities maintenance tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards Supervise or assist with subcontractors during specialized repair or renovation projects Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and hotel policies Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or handyman roles within hospitality, manufacturing, or residential settings Join us if you're eager to bring your technical expertise to a vibrant environment where your skills directly impact guest satisfaction!
