St. Nick's Christmas Lighting & Décor is hiring Seasonal Holiday Installers to help transform cities, shopping centers, airports, casinos, and commercial properties into unforgettable holiday destinations. For more than 20 years, we've specialized in large-scale commercial holiday displays throughout Southern California. Every installation is different, every day brings a new project, and every crew plays an important role in creating experiences enjoyed by thousands of people. We're hiring early and giving scheduling priority to applicants who commit before the season begins and plan to stay through the end of the installation season. Position Details Seasonal / Temporary position Expected season: Late October through early December Flexible schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends Hours are based on project schedules and business needs. During peak season many installers work full-time hours, including overtime opportunities; however, weekly hours are not guaranteed.

Anyone looking to earn extra income during the holidays Individuals seeking seasonal employment Construction, warehouse, landscape, electrical, or general labor workers People who enjoy physical, hands-on work and working outdoors What You'll Do Working alongside a crew, you'll help install large commercial holiday displays, including: Holiday lighting (C9, LED, RGB) Wreaths, garlands, bows, and décor Pole-mounted decorations Large commercial Christmas trees Walk-through displays, ornaments, and custom structures Additional responsibilities include: Loading and unloading materials and equipment Working safely on ladders, rooftops, and aerial lifts Following installation plans and work orders Using hand and power tools Maintaining a clean and organized job site Delivering high-quality installations while following all safety procedures What We're Looking For Dependable with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and team-oriented Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable working evenings, nights, and weekends as needed Able to work at heights (25+ feet) Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Valid driver's license required Experience in construction, electrical, landscaping, installation, roofing, warehouse, or general labor is a plus Aerial lift experience is a plus Comfortable using hand and power tools Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and a smartphone Why Join St. Nick's Overtime opportunities during peak installation periods Work on unique, high-profile commercial projects across Southern California Paid, hands-on training Supportive crew environment where teamwork matters Scheduling priority for applicants who commit before the season Outstanding seasonal team members may be considered for future seasonal opportunities or year-round openings as business needs arise.

This is a seasonal, temporary position. Employment is expected to conclude at the end of the holiday installation season unless otherwise communicated by management. Weekly schedules and hours are determined by operational needs and are not guaranteed.
