Ensura Clean Compensation:

Starting at $17-22 per hour , with opportunities to earn more based on job type, property size, and client requirements. Pay is not reduced if a job is completed efficiently and ahead of schedule. About Ensura Clean Ensura Clean is a high-quality residential and short-term rental cleaning company known for reliability, attention to detail, and exceptional client experience. We specialize in vacation rental turnovers and premium residential cleaning services. We are currently seeking experienced Independent Cleaning Contractors who take pride in their work, operate with professionalism, and consistently deliver top-tier results. Position Overview As an independent contractor with Ensura Clean, you will have the flexibility to accept jobs that fit your availability while maintaining consistent standards of quality and reliability. Our team is committed to excellence, and we prioritize contractors who are dependable and detail-oriented. Responsibilities Perform thorough and efficient cleaning services for residential and short-term rental properties Ensure all properties meet Ensura Clean's high-quality standards Follow detailed turnover checklists for vacation rental properties Maintain professionalism and respect client privacy at all times Communicate clearly and promptly regarding job status or issues Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience (residential and/or short-term rentals preferred) Strong attention to detail and consistency in cleaning quality Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation to travel between job sites Must provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies Strong communication and professionalism with clients and team Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to high standards Minimum of two references required (MANDATORY) Schedule Flexible scheduling - accept jobs based on your availability Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed Availability Requirements Due to the nature of short-term rental cleanings, contractors must have availability between 10 AM - 4 PM for turnover cleans. These cleanings are time-sensitive and must be completed before guest check-in. Contractors with greater availability and reliability will receive priority scheduling and more consistent job opportunities . Contract Type Independent Contractor (Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and legal obligations.) Application Questions Do you work alone or with a partner?
