Job Description:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities, guest rooms, and public areas are maintained in excellent condition. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, and completing repairs to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments. Complete basic repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, painting, flooring, and carpentry. Diagnose maintenance issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain hotel equipment, machinery, and building structures in good working condition.
Requirements:

Requisitos:
