Job Description

Property Care Team Member Job Description We are a Property Management and Vacation Rental company located in the Champions Gate area that has been in business for the past 24+ years. At our core, we are a people centered business. We want to create an environment where our clients and guests understand that we truly care. We are seeking a talented, highly organized and enthusiastic individual that can help us by providing exceptional customer service to our guests and property owners as a full-time Property Care Team member that would like to join our energetic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay by meticulously inspecting and preparing our vacation rental homes to meet and exceed their expectations. Your efforts will contribute to creating lasting memories for our guests and fostering positive reviews and repeat bookings.
Principal Responsibilities:
Ensure housekeeping has cleaned and sanitized all areas of the vacation rental home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Perform thorough inspections to ensure that all amenities, appliances, and furnishings are in good working condition and free of damage. Restock essential supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and kitchen essentials to ensure that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Arrange furniture and décor to create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing batteries in smoke detectors, and addressing minor repairs as needed. Communicate promptly with the property management team regarding any issues or concerns that arise during the preparation process. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols, at all times to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with occasional special projects or tasks related to property management and guest services as assigned.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or property management preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks. Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks and the ability to use common tools and equipment safely. Valid Florida Driving License Authorized to work in the United States Able to pass extensive background check Able to work weekends and national holidays as needed Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Fluency in a second language, such as Spanish or Portuguese, is a significant asset. Must have reliable transportation to and from work
