EVERY DAY HANDY MAN

We are seeking a reliable and experienced handyman to handle a wide range of residential and/or commercial maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled across multiple trades, with strong expertise in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of diagnosing and resolving issues independently. The handyman will be responsible for completing jobs safely, professionally, and in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs and maintenance across various systems and structures Handle plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, installing fixtures, and troubleshooting water systems Complete electrical work including installing outlets, light fixtures, switches, and basic wiring repairs Execute carpentry work such as framing, drywall repair, trim installation, and minor renovations Inspect properties and identify necessary repairs or improvements Use tools and equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a handyman or in multiple skilled trades Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently Familiarity with safety procedures and building codes Reliable transportation and own tools preferred Strong communication and time management skills
