Independent Cleaning Contractor

Job Overview :

Premier Touch Cleaning LLC is a premium residential cleaning company serving the Atlanta metro area. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented independent contractors to complete residential cleaning appointments on a flexible, as-needed basis. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You set your own schedule and work when it fits your life.

Duties :

Perform standard, deep, and move in/out residential cleanings Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas thoroughly Dust, vacuum, mop, and wipe down all surfaces Empty trash throughout the home Ensure the home meets Premier Touch Cleaning's quality standards before leaving Communicate with the business owner regarding appointment completion Maintain professionalism and respect for clients' homes and belongings

Requirements :

Previous residential cleaning experience preferred Must supply your own cleaning products and equipment Reliable transportation to client locations in the Atlanta metro area Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to work independently without supervision Professional, trustworthy, and punctual Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor and managing your own taxes Smartphone required for communication and scheduling

Pay:
