This is temporary seasonal work (roughly October through December) putting up Christmas lights and decorations on homes and businesses across the Atlanta area. No experience? No problem — if you're willing to learn and bring a strong work ethic, we'll train you. What you'll do: Install Christmas lights and décor on rooflines, trees, and landscaping Work from ladders at various heights Load/unload equipment and drive to job sites with your crew Take down and remove lights at season's end (January) What we're looking for: Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in cold weather Dependable, on time, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license and clean driving record a plus Willing to learn — prior experience in landscaping, roofing, painting, or general labor is a plus, but we'll train the right people Why work with us: Performance bonuses — we reward reliable, high-quality work, so your effort pays off Referral bonuses — bring on friends who are good workers and earn extra Hands-on training provided, no experience required Get in on the busy season — plenty of hours available during peak weeks for those who want them Room to grow — strong performers are the first we call back for future seasons and bigger roles Straightforward, honest crew — show up, work hard, and you'll be treated right
Details:
Pay:
$25-35/hour (based on experience and performance)
Schedule:
Full-time on weekdays, with overtime opportunities available on weekends Start date: October 2026 Must be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
