As a Student Steward, you take responsibility for a small group of real homes in your community. Homeowners rely on you to show up consistently, follow through, and take care of their property week after week. Most people your age work jobs. Here, you're trusted to take responsibility—and people actually rely on you. This is paid, structured work designed to build real responsibility—not just complete tasks. What You'll Do Maintain assigned homes each week (mowing, trimming, cleanup, and basic seasonal property care) Follow a consistent weekly schedule (after school + Saturdays) Complete simple checklists and photo confirmations Communicate if something needs attention You are not doing random jobs—you are responsible for specific homes.
