The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A strong understanding of tools and equipment, including an Ohmmeter, is essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties. Utilize various tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently. Conduct electrical repairs, including testing circuits with an Ohmmeter. Address plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and fixture installations. Assemble furniture and equipment as needed. Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and any additional needs. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance or maintenance person roles is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, including an Ohmmeter. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Knowledge of safety protocols related to maintenance work. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
