WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Flat rate per job — the faster and more efficiently you work, the more you make per hour. Top contractors earn $35-45/hr.

Studio / Condo

— $66 per job (~1.5 hrs) Small home — $79 per job (~2 hrs) Mid home — $88 per job (~2.5 hrs) Large home — $104 per job (~3 hrs) Deep clean — $130-160 per job Move-out — $134-212 per job Paid within 24 hours of every completed job via Zelle or direct deposit. No waiting for a paycheck.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in Residential cleaning (professional or personal) Reliable transportation to and from all job sites Must have a complete, professional cleaning supply kit — this is non-negotiable. You are required to bring all equipment and products to every job including: Vacuum Mop and bucket Microfiber cloths Scrub brushes All-purpose cleaner Bathroom and toilet cleaner Glass and window cleaner Degreaser Specialty products for deep cleans, move-outs, and post-construction jobs Contractors without a full professional supply kit will not be considered. We are a premium service — our clients expect professional-grade results and that starts with professional-grade supplies. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic — you want to work, not wait Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in your work Professional, courteous demeanor at all times — our clients are in high-end homes and expect premium service Must be able to pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the United States

THIS IS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR WORK

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You set your own schedule, supply your own equipment, and are responsible for your own taxes. This is not a W2 employee position.
