Job Description

REO Property Preservation & Maintenance Contractor (1099) We are seeking experienced REO Property Preservation & Maintenance Contractors to perform Initial Services on assigned REO properties. Contractors must be able to bring properties to market-ready condition while adhering to strict timelines and servicer quality standards. ________________________________________

Scope of Initial Services Debris & Trash Removal:

Interior and exterior clean-outs with proper disposal per local regulations

Interior Cleaning:

Full cleaning of floors, kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, and surfaces

Exterior Landscaping:

Grass cutting, trimming, weed removal, and edging

Property Securing:

Secure and re-key doors and windows; repair broken entry points

Safety Hazard Mitigation:

Address exposed wiring, broken railings, missing plates, and other hazards ________________________________________ Performance Expectations Services completed within 1-5 business days of assignment (some items within 24-72 hours) All work must meet servicer quality and compliance standards Photo documentation and reporting required via mobile system ________________________________________ Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Verifiable REO industry experience performing Initial Services (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, or major servicers) Proven history of completed REO repair/preservation work (references required) Ability to adhere to strict timelines and compliance metrics Licensed and insured Must have own tools and reliable transportation Ability to use a smartphone/app to upload photos and job updates Only contractors with documented, verifiable REO experience will be considered. ________________________________________
