General Property Helper - Trainable

General help for Apartment rentals at Lakeland (Arbor, Wesley): Looking for a reliable, hardworking person to help with apartment property needs, including unit prep, many tasks, cleanup and general assistance. No experience required, but a self starter who works independently. We are willing to train the right person. Must be dependable, follow instructions, and have a positive attitude.

Also seeking office, bookkeeping, administrative help. ie filling, data entry, taking phone calls.
