Installations:
Assemble and install fixtures, ceiling fans, light fixtures, shelves, and cabinets
Basic Systems Maintenance:
Handle minor electrical and plumbing tasks; assist licensed trades with major plumbing, electrical, or HVAC issues
Facility Inspections:
Conduct regular walk-through assessments to detect issues like mechanical failures, structural damage, or safety hazards.
Groundskeeping:
