Job Description

We are looking for independent contractors for remodeling properties and apartment maintenance. You must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Skills needed:
Trouble shooting ( a must have talent ) Light Plumbing Light Electrical General maintenance Painting Sheet rock repair ( not two coats of thick mud and then sanding it) Drywall installers and finishers Handy man Appliance movers and repairs Laborer with basic knowledge of all areas
Requirements:
Your own tools Excellent customer service Must have your OWN truck that is not shared by other people (If you require a ride to a job, do not contact us) Must own and be able to operate a smart phone Must have a Can-Do and positive attitude. MUST have good customer service skills, be prompt, dependable and pass background check and drug test. •availability for on call/emergency situations is required
