Part-Time Handyperson — Punch List & Home MaintenanceOverview Aloise Builders is a licensed and fully insured general contracting firm specializing in custom home construction and renovations. We are seeking a reliable, experienced Part-Time Handyperson to assist with punch list completion and general home maintenance tasks. This role is well suited for a retired or semi-retired tradesperson who enjoys detail-oriented work, takes pride in quality, and is looking for steady, part-time hours without the demands of full-time construction. Primary Responsibilities Complete punch list items on recently completed or active projects Perform light carpentry and finish work such as trim adjustments, cabinetry tweaks, blocking, and minor framing Handle general home maintenance tasks including: Door and window adjustments, Hardware installation and repairs, Caulking, patching, and touch-ups, and Minor repairs and adjustments as needed. Assist with site touch-ups prior to client walkthroughs Pick up small materials from hardware stores or suppliers as needed Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision Communicate professionally and respectfully with coworkers, homeowners, and trade partners Qualifications 3 to 5 years of residential construction, carpentry, or handyperson experience Strong attention to detail and pride in finish-level work Comfortable with basic carpentry tools and light physical tasks Ability to work independently and manage small task lists Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Reliable, professional, and respectful in client homes Spanish or Portuguese language skills helpful but not required Schedule & Compensation $25-$40/hr , depending on experience Predictable schedule with flexibility (Approximately 20 hours per week) Occasional opportunities for additional hours Training opportunities available

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
