Job Description In the Spring and Summer the majority of the focus will be on the outside spaces; pulling weeds, raking leaves, sweeping, painting, moving furniture, light landscaping maintenance, and other miscellaneous outdoor work as needed. Additionally, indoor work may include photocopying, shredding and scanning documents, breaking down boxes, sending packages, vacuuming, cleaning indoor windows, and other cleaning and miscellaneous jobs as necessary. Must have own vehicle and long term/permanent availability is desired. Job Requirements Must be a motivated, organized, detail-orientated, and hard-working individual who is good at following directions and also able to work independently. Both outside and inside work as weather permits. Must have own vehicle and must have availability now with long term/permanent availability preferred. Hours can be flexible to your schedule and our mutual agreement, but preference is for a fairly consistent set weekly schedule.
