Day Shift & Night Shift Required Job Overview We are a commercial cleaning company seeking reliable, detail-oriented independent subcontractors to service ongoing commercial cleaning contracts in the Kansas City area. This is independent contractor (1099) work , not employment. Contractors are responsible for completing assigned cleaning duties independently and to a professional standard. We are looking to build long-term working relationships with dependable professionals who take pride in consistency, communication, and quality work. Important Notice (Please Read Before Applying) This position is not suited for individuals seeking occasional work or flexible "as available" scheduling. We are specifically seeking contractors who: Show up consistently and on time Follow through on all scheduled assignments Communicate professionally and in advance if issues arise Are committed to long-term, reliable contract work If you have a history of frequent cancellations, no-shows, or inconsistent availability, this opportunity is not a fit .
