Job Description

Property Preservation Subcontractors Needed Services Needed:
Grass cuts and landscaping Debris removal and trash-outs Lock changes and lockbox installation Property inspections Minor repairs and general maintenance HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and handyman services are a plus
Requirements:
General Liability Insurance (Required) Reliable transportation Smartphone with camera Basic tools and equipment for your trade Ability to complete work orders on time Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Professional communication and dependability Ensure current email is provided
