Job Description

We are actively seeking experienced Airbnb turnover cleaning specialists for short-term rental properties in the Las Vegas area. This role is focused on tight turnaround cleaning between guest stays , where timing, consistency, and attention to detail directly impact guest ratings and host success. This is a professional-level position for experienced cleaners only . What You Will Do Complete Airbnb / vacation rental turnovers between guest stays Reset homes to guest-ready condition within strict time windows Replace linens and restock basic supplies (if provided) Follow detailed turnover checklists per property Report damages, missing items, or issues after cleanings Ensure properties meet hospitality-level cleanliness standards Requirements (Must-Have) This is NOT an entry-level cleaning role.
Applicants must have:
Prior Airbnb / short-term rental cleaning experience (preferred strongly) OR strong hospitality cleaning experience (hotels, resorts, vacation rentals) Reliable transportation (required) Own professional cleaning supplies and vacuum (required) Ability to work under time constraints and strict deadlines Strong attention to detail (guest-ready standards required) Dependability (missed cleanings impact guest check-ins) Contractor Type 1099 Independent Contractor Flexible schedule based on booking availability Pay per turnover (varies by property size and urgency) Important Note We prioritize experienced turnover cleaners who understand hospitality standards and fast-paced scheduling. Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have experience cleaning Airbnb, hotels, or short-term rentals? Do you have reliable transportation? Do you own your own cleaning supplies and vacuum? Are you able to complete cleanings within strict time windows (same-day turnovers)? Have you ever worked in hospitality cleaning or guest turnover environments? Are you comfortable working independently without supervision?
