Job Description

We own apartments in Willard and Shelby. We are in need of a maintenance person. Needs to have experience in plumbing, electrical, remodeling and landscaping. We have repairs like leaky faucets, pipes and toilets. Repairs for electric would be installing light fixtures baseboard heaters, electrical outlets, and thermostats. Remodeling involves; replacing kitchens, doors, door frames, light drywall, tiling floors. Landscaping involves weedeating, light bush trimming and light mulching. Needs to be able to follow instructions, a schedule and time frames. Hours fluctuate from week to week. Anywhere from 2 hours to 40 hours a week. Depending on the issue at that time. Be available for emergency calls which do not happen very often. Rate of pay is negotiable and based on knowledge.
