Skyline Contracting Services is a growing full-service exterior and property maintenance company providing residential, commercial, and multi-family property solutions throughout Western Pennsylvania and surrounding regions. Our team specializes in responsive maintenance, repairs, restoration, and improvement services with a strong focus on quality workmanship, communication, and long-term client relationships. Skyline Contracting Services is currently seeking experienced Independent Maintenance Contractors and Skilled Tradesmen to support ongoing projects and service work in the Pittsburgh region and surrounding areas. Ideal applicants should have working knowledge and hands-on experience in several of the following areas:

• Carpentry and wood repair
• Drywall repair and finishing
• Painting and surface preparation
• Plumbing repairs
• Electrical troubleshooting and minor electrical work
• General HVAC knowledge
• Roofing, gutters, and exterior repairs
• Masonry, concrete, and tiling
• Property maintenance and punch list work
• Grounds maintenance and seasonal services Independent Contractors working with Skyline will perform maintenance and repair services across residential homes, apartment communities, office buildings, retail properties, and commercial facilities.

Candidates should be dependable, professional, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship standards. Additional compensation opportunities may be available for emergency response services, winter snow removal, salting, after-hours calls, and specialty trade work. This posting is for an Independent Contractor position and not employment with Skyline Contracting Services.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in general maintenance and multiple skilled trades
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently
• Experience operating tools and equipment safely
• Must provide own tools and transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Valid general liability insurance
• PA Contractor Registration
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to pass background screening if required by client properties
• Valid email address and phone number
