Overtime & Timing (Important) This role begins immediately and involves an intense workload from day one, not delayed or seasonal later in the term. Substantial weekly overtime is available throughout the assignment and paid in accordance with applicable labor laws. This position is designed for individuals who want hours, pace, and steady work over a defined period. Role Overview We are hiring high-energy Masonry Repair & Parging Professionals to support rapid, large-scale apartment turnovers across three properties located within close walking distance in downtown State College. Each property has different unit counts, layouts, and turnover intensity, requiring flexibility and the ability to shift quickly between tasks, buildings, and priorities. During peak periods, teams may move through 100 to 200 units within short periods of time, depending on scope. The work is structured, operational, and deadline-driven. This is not slow maintenance. It is organized, physical, and fast. Core Responsibilities This role includes masonry patching, crack repair, parging application, surface preparation, Mostly ceiling repairs overhead mixing and applying cementitious materials restoring damaged surfaces Core drilling interior and exterior walls, floors and ceilings Moving rapidly between units and properties as needed Site cleanup, debris removal, and unit resets Maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas during compressed timelines Qualifications Experience in maintenance, construction, renovations, or turnover work preferred Comfortable in a high-output, fast-paced environment with frequent movement Ability to stay productive during long days and repetitive tasks Strong work ethic, stamina, and attention to detail Comfortable using hand and power tools Physically capable of lifting, climbing, kneeling, and extended standing Professional attitude when interacting with vendors and team members Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability and willingness to work regular weekly overtime Pay & Skill-Based Rates Significant weekly overtime opportunities $20 to 30 per hour Higher hourly rates available for demonstrated experience in: Who This Role Is For This position is best suited for individuals who: Want immediate work with overtime hours Thrive in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments Can handle scale, repetition, and physical work without losing quality Prefer short-term, high-intensity roles over slow, long-term positions Like seeing real progress across multiple properties every day
