Decorah High Point Cabins | 284 Old Spruce Dr.
Decorah, IA Salary:
$30,000- 35,000 per year + bonus opportunities
Average Workload:
25-35 hours per week Typical Hours onSite:
10am-4pm Decorah High Point Cabins is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help keep our luxury cabins guest ready and ensure every guest has a great experience. This is a hands on role. The majority of the position involves cleaning cabins between guests, inspecting completed cleanings, maintaining quality standards, and helping oversee day to day operations across the property. What You'll Do- Clean cabins between guest stays
- Inspect cabins after cleanings to ensure they meet company standards
- Schedule and oversee cleaners
- Restock supplies
- Identify maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
- Guest Communications
- Remote
- Answer booking questions and assist with guest questions
- Help ensure a consistent five-star experience Schedule
- Primarily on-site Sunday through Friday
- No regularly scheduled on-site work on Saturdays
- Most on-site work takes place between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Guest communication may occur outside those hours Reservations are typically booked well in advance, making the schedule relatively predictable.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Lives within approximately 30 minutes of the property
- Takes pride in cleanliness and attention to detail
- Is reliable and follows through on commitments
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Communicates professionally with guests, cleaners and owner
- Is comfortable holding cleaners accountable to standards
- Takes ownership and solves problems proactively Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to clean cabins and perform inspections regularly
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
