Property Caretaker

Overview Dwell Vacation Rentals by Casago is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Property Caretaker to help maintain our portfolio of vacation rental homes. What You'll Do As a Property Caretaker, you'll play a key role in ensuring our vacation homes are clean, well-maintained, and ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct routine property inspections before guest and owner arrivals Perform light maintenance, including changing light bulbs, replacing HVAC filters, tightening fixtures, unclogging drains, and other minor repairs Ensure homes meet company cleanliness and quality standards Respond promptly to property issues and coordinate solutions Build positive relationships with homeowners by helping maintain their properties Assist with housekeeping and property preparation as needed Support the Operations team with special projects and day-to-day tasks Travel between assigned properties throughout the service area What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer applications Dependable, responsive, and flexible in a fast-paced environment Prior property maintenance, housekeeping, hospitality, or vacation rental experience is preferred but not required Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Why Join Dwell Vacation Rentals by Casago?
