This role involves a wide range of hands-on tasks, we conduct a wide variety of general home services- carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. Small scale construction, troubleshooting, and property improvements. Ideal candidates have practical experience, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team and be comfortable presenting themselves professionally in front of clients in typically higher end homes around (mostly) Mount Pleasant, Isle Of Palms/Sullivan's Island, Daniel Island and Downtown Charleston. We require basic construction experience. Detail oriented carpenters do very well with us and typically our jobs are different every day. Volume of work is all dependent on the individual, but typically this job works best supplementally as every week requires different levels of hours from our team. We are repair and remodel professionals in upscale homes- but ultimately we are handymen and chill trades people. We don't typically hire young guys unless you have the experience and reliability.
