Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Handyman / General Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in residential and property maintenance, with the ability to handle a wide range of repair and improvement tasks.
Job Overview:
This role involves general maintenance and repair work across residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC knowledge.
Responsibilities :
Perform general repairs and maintenance in residential units Handle light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance Maintain clean and safe work areas Communicate updates and progress professionally Follow safety standards at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or general contractor Skilled with hand tools and power tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication skills Valid driver's license preferred Physically able to perform manual labor We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and committed to quality workmanship.
