In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that all facilities operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and carpentry skills in a fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a tangible impact. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components Perform general repairs such as drywall patching, painting, carpentry, welding, and plumbing fixes to uphold property standards Troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals; utilize tools like ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics Assist with facilities upgrades and renovations, including residential painting projects and small-scale construction tasks Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation systems when necessary Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Supervise or coordinate with subcontractors or team members on larger projects, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields such as manufacturing or residential services Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on skills in welding, electrical work, and schematics interpretation Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical troubleshooting tools like ohmmeters Ability to perform residential painting and basic carpentry tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills in English; capable of understanding technical instructions and documenting work clearly Supervising or leadership experience is preferred to coordinate team efforts effectively Customer service mindset with a focus on delivering quality results in a timely manner Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to maintaining high standards across our properties.
