Property Staff

The Bridge Ministry is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that works in Virginia to transform the lives of troubled men and their families by providing vocational skills, education, and the relationships they need to bridge the gap from addiction to productive community and family life. Students are all male and range in age from 18-60+. The Bridge is currently looking to hire multiple full-time property staff member to oversee the property and students.

The positions are for:

1) 6:00 AM

• 2:30 PM Tuesday
• Saturday (off Sundays and Mondays) 2) 2:00 PM
• 10:30 PM Wednesday
• Sunday (off Mondays and Tuesdays) 3) 10:00 PM
• 6:30 AM Wednesday
• Sunday (off Mondays and Tuesdays) Responsibilities include: Assure students are in their assigned areas Monitor the 17 acre property Assure all buildings are secure, as needed Complete simple reports as needed Follow Student Handbook rules while monitoring students Perform room and/or building checks as needed

Qualifications:

Must be responsible and honest Must be willing to listen and follow directions Must arrive to work on time Must be able to pass drug screening prior to employment and randomly throughout employment No experience necessary, pay increases with experience No smoking or vaping on property Pay starts at $18 per hour and increases to $19 per hour after probationary period.
