Recruitment for Property Preservation in RESTON, Virginial (VA) Heaven Property Management specializes in maintenance and preservation services for foreclosed, vacant, and tenant-occupied properties across multiple states. With years of experience and a stellar reputation among some of the largest national clients, we are expanding our team and seeking skilled subcontractors to join us. We are currently recruiting for Virginial (VA), offering competitive packages and incentives for new contractors. If you have experience in property preservation, we want to hear from you! Areas of Operation - Virginial (VA) :

miles surroundings. Incentives and Bonuses Complete work orders on time at 10 distinct properties in a month to earn an additional $150 bonus. Additional rewards and bonuses based on work volume and quality of completion. Payments Policy At Heaven Property Management, we prioritize transparency and timely payments: Contractors are paid weekly with accurate calculations for completed work orders. We offer competitive rates that surpass industry standards. For exceptional performance and client satisfaction, payments can be fast-tracked to 2-3 days. Property Preservation Services Work may include but is not limited to:
  • Trash-Out
  • Inspections
  • Winterization
  • Lock Changes
  • Debris Removal
  • Lawn Maintenance
  • Snow Removal
  • Janitorial Services
  • Board-Ups
  • Bidding
