The Technician Helper supports service technicians in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of utility trailers and related equipment. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in diesel mechanics, trailer repair, and shop operations. Every role makes an impact. Here's what you'll do on the job. Assist technicians with trailer repairs, including brakes, lights, tires, and suspension systems Perform routine maintenance such as greasing, cleaning, and basic part replacements Help with diagnostics under the supervision of a technician Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Gather tools, parts, and materials needed for repairs Load and unload trailers or components as needed Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Document basic service tasks and support work order completion Lift up to 50lbs More Than Just a Paycheck.
