Bring Your Best to the Floor Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a heavy-duty equipment mechanic Strong working knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems Ability to read and follow technical documentation, diagrams, and blueprints Personal toolbox and a valid driver's license required Proven experience in a lead or foreman role is a major plus Self-motivated with excellent planning, organization, and time management skills Clear and professional communicator—able to explain repair needs, timelines, and updates Commitment to safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement Strong team player with a collaborative and positive attitude Your Shift, Your Shop In this role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a range of heavy equipment to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly. You'll diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems, interpret blueprints and technical manuals, and use maintenance management systems to document your work. Managing your assigned fleet independently, you'll schedule service, coordinate parts, and ensure all work is tracked accurately. You'll also work closely with both customers and internal teams to set service expectations, communicate repair status, and resolve service tickets efficiently and professionally.
