Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage all diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and test tasks associated with the job Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Produce timely and detailed service reports Set up new equipment for customer delivery Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings Advise the Service Manager, Service Advisor, and at times the Customer on the equipment repairs needed Operate tools and equipment in a safe manner Qualifications Minimum requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent 3 to 5 years of progressive experience Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for insurance Proven service experience/great mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand on your feet up to eight hours a day Great communication skills and problem-solving skills A technical degree is preferred but not required Kubota of Pryor offers a competitive wage and benefits package which includes: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Eligible for bonus and performance pay Embark on a rewarding career with Kubota of Harrison, where your contributions as a Tractor/Equipment Technician are valued and recognized.
