Mechanic Technician Location Hot Springs, AR Pay Rate:

High school diploma or GED Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required Ability to use basic hand tools Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Reliable and able to work overtime as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities:

Disassemble mechanical components using basic hand and power tools Clean parts using various methods and equipment Inspect components for wear, damage, or defects Organize and label parts for reassembly or further processing Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist team members with additional shop tasks as needed More Than Just a Paycheck.
