We are looking for a Master Mechanic to join our team in Osceola, AR.

Position Overview:

As a Master Mechanic, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy machinery. Your expertise will ensure that our equipment operates at peak performance and meets our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy equipment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve complex technical problems. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed. Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations. Master Mechanic Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in heavy equipment technology preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance. Master technician certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of heavy equipment brands and models. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Valid driver's license
