This is a local rotational role in Southern California (drive-in/drive-out within ~2-3 hours of site) with paid accommodations and per diem when required. What You'll Be Doing Diagnosing faults and completing breakdown repairs on heavy mining equipment Carrying out planned maintenance and inspections to OEM and site standards Supporting high equipment availability in fast-paced production environments Completing testing, final checks, and quality assurance on all work Identifying parts, tooling, and reliability improvements in the field Working safely and independently in remote or active mine conditions

What We're Looking For:

5+ years as a heavy equipment mechanic or field service technician Minimum 1+ year mining site experience Strong background in rebuilds, overhauls, and major component changeouts Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting capability Experience with Caterpillar equipment (CAT

highly desirable) Welding and fabrication experience (preferred) MSHA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to pass pre-employment checks and site requirements Strong safety focus and reliability in field environments
