What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair Ford transmission systems quickly and accurately Perform complete teardown and rebuilds with precision Use advanced diagnostic tools (scan tools, ohmmeters, etc.) Identify electrical & mechanical failures without guesswork Handle high-volume workload while maintaining quality Document repairs clearly and efficiently

What We Expect:

Proven Ford transmission experience (REQUIRED) Strong diagnostic ability - you fix problems, not guess at them Solid understanding of electrical + mechanical systems Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented Reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in clean work
