California , Modesto Job Description Drill Rig Technician - Heavy Foundation Equipment Full-Time | Paid Travel | Strong Benefits Package A leading foundation equipment manufacturer is seeking a Drill Rig Technician to join their growing service team. If you're hands-on, mechanically inclined, and experienced with hydraulic or electrical systems, this is a great opportunity to work on specialized drill rigs.
What You'll Do:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair foundation drill rigs and components Disassemble, clean, and reassemble parts and systems Operate and test equipment to confirm functionality Order and install required parts and maintain accurate service records Travel occasionally to customer sites for field support (domestic/international) Keep the work area organized and follow all safety standards
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in heavy equipment or mechanical service High school diploma required; technical training preferred Strong skills in hydraulics, mechanics, and/or electrical troubleshooting Ability to read and follow diagrams, manuals, and technical instructions Willing to travel up to 30% and work overtime or weekends as needed Valid driver's license and passport required Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in field conditions
