Experience with Caterpillar Equipment is preferred, not required. Mechanics will demonstrate the ability to: Diagnose and repair equipment Repair and install major components in CAT equipment Work per OSHA regulations Understand electrical and hydraulic schematics Safely rig components for lifting Read, comprehend and apply information from parts manuals Work with other mechanics
