Forklift Technician

A well-established company is seeking an experienced Field Service Forklift Technician to join its team in New London, CT , and surrounding areas. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining forklifts and material handling equipment, including lift trucks, aerial equipment, pallet jacks, counterbalance forklifts, and other small industrial equipment. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with growth potential, ongoing training, and excellent benefits.

Qualifications:

3+ years of recent experience working on electric, propane, and diesel-powered units Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and AC drive systems is preferred Ability to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently while providing excellent customer service Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous experience with electric and LP-powered equipment is a plus

Compensation:

$30.00 - $35.00/hour to start , based on previous experience/training/certifications Overtime available Comprehensive Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.

Schedule:

Day Shift , Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We are looking for those who are experienced in engines, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems. Qualified candidates will be required to pass background screening and an MVR check. #MHM
